About Our Therapist - Jenn Sedman
Jenn Sedman (Aloha Mai Bodywork) is a highly-experienced dynamic, playful, attentive bodywork therapist. She is also known as a writer, poet, martial artist, sound vibration therapist and performer as well as a educator of yoga, massage, meditation, pilates, creative movement, tantric practices and esoteric wisdom.

Jenn specialises in her own evolving modality of Hawaiian & Deep-tissue & Sacred Hot Stone Massage Therapies, Musculoskeletal & Rehabilitation Physical Medicine, Movement Correction, Sensory Awakening Therapy, Mind/Body/Energy and Sound Medicine, and Wellness Coaching. Jenn has worked with over 11,000 bodywork and healing sessions during her career expanding 23 years. Jenn works with her clients on creating a Personalised Program of treatment and maintenance in sustaining a balanced, joyful, relationship to their mind/body that blends in with people's busy lives and worldly demands. Ir has never been a more necessary time in our fast-moving human world, with increasing its stressors, to put personalised self-care as a high priority.
