Patricia Athena and Jo Sedman are passionate about educating & sharing with others their ideas about healthy lifestyles and body care alternatives. They offer backgrounds in Environmental Science, and Health Science and Therapies, which gives them experience to answer your questions, share their stories, and hopefully to hear yours too. About the Facilitators: Patricia Athena has been involved with Health and Physical Education along with community health through schools, working with athletes, school and community groups, and as a Director of the Heart Foundation for over 40 years. She is now working in therapies involving physical, mental and emotional health. In this field she has helped many people with imbalances related to chemicals from internal and external influences. She has noticed how chemical imbalance has increasingly influenced our health. Jo Sedman has been involved with environmental management for over 20 years, working to improve our impact on the environment through various community and government programs across Australia and internationally. She has a passion for sharing information about the environment, especially around how products (cleaning and body) used in our homes and businesses can support the environment, and our health.
